Wenn sich etwas wie ein roter Faden durch das Leben von Bianca Daniel zieht, dann ist es wohl die Kreativität. Kreativität, die sich in vollkommen unterschiedlichen Facetten präsentiert – je nach Lebenslage, je nach Entwicklung, je nach Vision. Als Designerin wie auch in der Malerei. Seit sie denken kann, hält sie einen Stift oder einen Pinsel in der Hand, zum Malen, zum Zeichnen, zum Schreiben. Aus ihrer Leidenschaft wurde Beruf und Berufung zugleich. Seit über 30 Jahren ist sie als Kreative in der Designbranche tätig, Inhaberin und Geschäftsführerin einer Agentur für Kommunikation und Design, Schriftexpertin, Künstlerin und Galeristin.
Ihr Faible für das Grafische prägt auch die Malerei der Hamburgerin. Emotionen, Momente, Gefühlswelten sind die Basis ihrer figürlichen oder abstrakten Werke – mit einer Kombination aus Detailverliebtheit, Übergängen und sichtbarem Pinselstrich. Ein besonderes Augenmerk legt sie auf die außergewöhnlichen Anschnitte ihrer Motive. Ähnlich wie in der Fotografie verändert sie den Fokus und somit auch die Aussage. Momente, die vornehmlich in Acryl und Tusche auf Leinwand oder Holz festgehalten werden. Kunst im Spannungsfeld zwischen Unternehmertum und Freigeist.
In ihren aktuellen Arbeiten folgt sie verstärkt ihrer typografischen Profession, löst die Exaktheit von Linien und Schrift in ihrer Malerei auf und kombiniert das figurative Genre mit dem des abstrakten. Ihr Umgang mit Materialien, Techniken und vor allem der eigenen Inspiration trägt dem permanenten Wandel einer Kunstwelt Rechnung, die sich grenzenlos, offen und sich stetig neu erfindend präsentiert.

f there is one thing that runs like a red thread through Bianca Daniel's life, it’s creativity. Creativity that presents itself in many different facets - depending on the time and stage of her life, or her vision, as designer or painter. Ever since she can remember, Bianca has held a pen or a pencil. To draw, to paint or to write. Her passion became both her job and her calling. For more than 30 years, Bianca has worked in the creative industry, as proprietor and managing director of a design and communications agency, as typography expert, artist and gallery owner.
A penchant for graphics also characterises the paintings by the Hamburg-based artist. Emotions, moments, inner landscapes form the basis of her figurative and abstract works – combining intricate detail, transitions and visible brushstrokes. Bianca pays particular attention to the unusual composition of her motifs. Akin to photography, she changes the focus and consequently the statement. They are moments captured primarily in acrylic and ink on canvas or wood. Art in the field of tension between entrepreneurship and free spirit.
In her current works, Bianca increasingly follows her typographic influences. Dissolving the exactness of lines and words in her painting she combines the figurative genre with that of the abstract. Her approach to materials, techniques and, above all, her own inspiration reflect the permanent change of an art world that presents itself as boundless, open and constantly reinventing itself.
